Price and Service Differentiation
The service I offer as of now includes individual lash extensions. What makes my service different, as testified from customers, is my professionalism and communication. I was once and still is a customer of beauty services and appreciate technicians who have great customer service. It is common for young entrepreneurs to not be well rounded in areas as such, so I value it and make sure I demonstrate it within my business. My prices are also fair compared to other lash technicians who's lash sets start at 100, which is demonstrated with my market analysis showing woman who's paid over 150 for lashes. The strategy I used when pricing my lashes included not only the market analysis, but I also researched the prices of lash technicians in the area and even in other cities.
Place and Promotion
Slay Your Minks is promoted and advertised via social media. I am active on both my Business Instagram account along with my personal account. My followers and friends are so supportive of me, always reposting my contact and deals I run. I also promote in multiple GroupMe's where businesses promote their brand and services. BookSeat is also a great app that helps me gain clientele, it promotes my booking page to people within the city. Word of mouth plays a huge role.
