 Financial Plan  Slay Your Minks isn't my main source of income as of YET. It is an investment that I plan to make back in tenfold. I use the money I made from my day job to invest in my business. Learning lashes didn't come to me overnight, I took a hands on course, which taught me not only lashes but the business aspect: how to gain customers, what and how much supplies to purchase, managing my income, etc. The start-up of my business came from the money I invested, taking the class included a kit for staring lashes. This including lash glue, lash tape, sanitizer, gloves, etc (the essentials). I was able to do my first few customers with the supplies provided and the money I make went back into my business. With your brand you have to be willing to have faith and sacrifice! In order for me to make take it to the next level I have to increase my advertising and push myself to gain more clientele.  Price and Service Differentiation  The service I offer as of now includes individual lash extensions. What makes my service different, as testified from customers, is my professionalism and communication. I was once and still is a customer of beauty services and appreciate technicians who have great customer service. It is common for young entrepreneurs to not be well rounded in areas as such, so I value it and make sure I demonstrate it within my business. My prices are also fair compared to other lash technicians who's lash sets start at 100, which is demonstrated with my market analysis showing woman who's paid over 150 for lashes. The strategy I used when pricing my lashes included not only the market analysis, but I also researched the prices of lash technicians in the area and even in other cities.  Place and Promotion  Slay Your Minks is promoted and advertised via social media. I am active on both my Business Instagram account along with my personal account....

Slay Your Minks Slay Your Minks is designed to boost confidence!  My company is open to all who wish to enhance their beauty with a fresh set of minks. Despite the age, race, sexuality or gender everyone needs pampering. The Slay Your Minks experience is tailored to those who want to wake up pretty every morning! 

Below I've created a target market analysis by conducting a questionnaire asking random woman what they look for in getting serviced, what prices they are willing to pay, and how often they get serviced.   In order to please your market you must know what they acquire to have a pleasant service.  I asked for any additional preferences and the answers are as followed:  make sure whatever glue you use does not burn your clients eyes! Clean environment. Especially areas where I or my belongings will be and clean environment where any instruments are, that will be used in servicing me. Great communication, informative information regarding the service and an overall great experience when being serviced . This would result in a client wanting to come back . I will always be a loyal client to an esthetician that has professionalism! That’s the number one thing that determines whether I’ll book again, no matter how good the work is
